Joe
Joe is Lead Guitarist for RATL.

Joe began his guitar odyssey at age 12. Some of his early musical influences included AC/DC, Van Halen, Queen, Foreigner, Journey, and Pat Benatar. By age 17, Joe started playing metal and speed metal, covering bands such as Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer.

Joe brings to RATL a sonic precision coupled with a strong sense of melodic feeling, which helps to balance the RATL sound. His casual sophistication commands attention onstage as well as in the studio. |

Joe's first experience in a working band was in the late '80s in the Atlanta band Distraught.

Joe has performed in various bands on the West Coast, as well as in Atlanta, including Chief Lewis, Dammit Jim, Deadbeat Daddys, Dante's Closet, Gluttin', and Character Defects. |
