B.J. has a deep love of drums and music. He mercilessly attacks Pearl drums and Sabian cymbals as an ebullient expression of his enduring rhytmic affinity. |
| Most of his music career has been spent performing in bands such as The Gentrys (Bill Gentry's original band), Lonesome Road, Southbound, Red Limousine / Tyler Wails, Darrin Robbins's solo band, Kickback, The Dry County Band, Craig Collins and High Lonesome, and Babe's Bayou. |
Asked about being in RATL, B.J. says, "I have never been more excited to be in a band. It brings out my inner rock drummer, and it is an awesome project to be involved with." |
